Need to cancel your order? Lets talk about it!
if You have changed your mind
We are able to cancel your order if you make this request BEFORE we have issued a dispatch notice. Please contact us stating you would like to cancel your order along with your order number You will be given a refund once we have processed the cancellation, this may take up to 5 working days depending on how busy we are.

We try to process orders within 48hrs, or sooner where possible so if you want to cancel your order please try to do so as soon as possible.
WHEN DO we NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS?
The only times we would not allow a cancellation, would be for one of the following reasons;

Your order has been customised or personalised in any way.

Your order has already been dispatched.

You have repeatedly cancelled your orders. (If this is the case, you will have to receive the delivery and organise the return at your own costs and you will be prevented from any future orders.)
